For several years, the flare style denim pants were popular, however in 2012, skinny jeans are still remarkably popular with celebrities and consumers alike. Denim has always been traditional thick, however, there are new lines coming out that are called jeggings, which are leggings mixed with jeans. This is a new trend that has become widely popular due to how comfortable they are.
Major retailers are gearing up as new fashion trends in denim are shifting from skinny jeans to flared styles. They are hoping that this change will firm up sagging clothing sales in general, because once the jeans style changes, then the style of tops that will match with them changes as well.
Retailers are anticipating that this can give consumers a new reason to spend. Skinny jeans boosted sales during the recession, but that novelty has worn off and women's premium denim sales have been sliding in the last year. Flared styles from designer brands like True Religion and J Brand may help to spur demand for expensive jeans and offset record cotton prices. Flares are already outselling skinny jeans this spring after the style showed up on runways last year.

Capture Queen ™Fashion trends come and go, that's why they're trends, of course! With that, it means that our use and perhaps enjoyment of them could be as fleeting as the trends. It's just also worth it to keep in mind that the greater the investment, the more you should be sure you're not going to be tired of the design anytime soon. The way to beat the odds of this is to get something that incorporates something of the latest trend, if you like it, while still keeping enough classic elements to ensure you'll be happy to wear it for years to come. This doesn't mean you can't go for something completely unusual, if you love it! We're talking about trends. Some trends can be very specific, such as circles as the main design, while others can be more of a generality, like chokers. I remember when they were all the rage, though there was a vast range of the types of chokers you could get. The more classic ones I can still wear today. I'm certainly glad I enjoyed the then-current, up-to-the-minute!, ones of the time…I just didn't invest a fortune on those particular ones!

Loren JavierRed is one hot current fashion trend. From dresses, skirts, bags, nails, lipstick and more, pretty much anything red is going to be on trend right now. Selena Gomez shows that she knows what's in with her latest party ensemble which was a lovely shade of scarlet.
She showed off the look at a recent Disney party, where Selena worked a cute red cocktail dress. But it wasn't enough for her to rock one fashion trend. Selena nailed two trends in one by combining the color of the moment with some adorable bow accents on the back of her sky high black heels. She was also wearing some trendy deep navy blue nail varnish that added just the right edge to her look. Her red lipstick was also the perfect shade to match with her dress.
